Faye can't find anywhere to fit in. An unconvincing interloper among her gang of ultra-hip vampires, she's ostracised when her favourite coffee shop is engulfed in a social media storm, taking Faye's social life with it.

Shunned by her former friends and evicted from her flat, Faye takes refuge in a nearby pub whose regulars - a group of provincial bogeymen and monsters - are deeply irregular. Faye tries to befriend the other customers, but things take a turn for the worse when they start to suspect she's pretending to be something she's not.
