Quick-fire micro-grants to help your ideas take off

The Propeller Fund provides organisations with quick-fire micro-grants for one-off events and short screening programmes.

This is a flexible fund, suitable for organisations who are brand new to film exhibition and for experienced exhibitors who want to try something different.

Support is available to help exhibitors start a local screening programme from scratch, put on a one-off special event or to enhance their existing programme with event elements or extra audience development work. In-person, online and hybrid film events are all eligible for funding.

This is a rolling fund - there's no set deadline and you can apply at any time. The application process involves completing a simple, short form. Our team aims to provide feedback on your proposal within 5 working days, letting you get on with your project as soon as possible.
