Film Hub North will be at this year's Sunderland Shorts Film Festival, running a free Filmmaker Roundable at The Empire Cinema, Sunderland.
Hosted by our BFI NETWORK Talent Executive Roxy McKenna, the roundtable will give 15 creatives the chance to meet fellow filmmakers, talk about short film funding in the region, plus hear about other opportunities available through Film Hub North and the wider BFI NETWORK.
We will also be joined by Dan Thorburn, writer/director of BFI NETWORK funded short Salt Water Town.
Our roundtables are informal, conversational sessions primarily for creatives who have not yet had a meeting with our Talent Development Team, so you don’t need to prepare anything before attending.
