Bolton International Film Festival 2023

Filmmakers in conversation at a Film Hub North x Bolton Film Festival showcase

Join us in Bolton for a double bill of filmmaker events

Starts at 05 Oct 2023 15:00

Bolton International Film Festival returns for 2023, with its 7th edition taking place in-person from 4-8 October and online from 11-22 October.
We’re happy to feature once again in the festival’s programme of screenings, talks and networking events. You can catch our BFI NETWORK team in Bolton on Thursday 5 October, when we’ll be showcasing some of the freshest films on our shorts slate, and teaming up with our friends at Doc Society to host a Filmmaker Roundtable.

Filmmaker Roundtable

Join our team and our partners at Doc Society for an informal Filmmaker Roundtable. This event is an opportunity to meet our team, find out more about the funding and career development support we provide, and connect with fellow filmmakers.
We are excited that director Joe Simmons and producer Lewis Coates (the creative team behind BFI NETWORK funded short Vestige) will also be at the roundtable.
Hosted by Ben Taylor (Talent Executive, Film Hub North) and Fiona Fletcher (Support Programme Manager, Doc Society), strictly limited to 20 places.
Thursday 5 October 16:50-17:50 - KUDOS Cinema
