Come down to Tyneside Cinema to meet and connect with other animators and puppet filmmakers.


Hosted by Lesley-Anne Rose (Newcastle-based animator and Puppet Films Lead for Moving Parts), and Jen Bradfield (BFI NETWORK Talent Executive, Film Hub North), this relaxed social and networking event will take place on the same evening as the Puppet & Stop Motion Short Films Night, as part of Moving Parts Puppet Film Fest.

All stop motion animators, puppet filmmakers, and anyone who mixes puppetry with media are welcome.

The mixer is free to attend, but booking is essential.

Moving Parts Puppet Film Fest brings the best of puppets on film to Newcastle. The festival line-up celebrates live action puppet films and stop-motion puppet animation from around the world, and includes feature films, talks, networking events, and a short film competition.
