Got a burning question about filmmaking, short film, or career development? Put it to our BFI Talent Executives and their filmmaker guest at our Film Hub North Roundtable, an informal place for discussion and guidance from experts and fellow filmmakers.
This opportunity requires prior registration but there may be an opportunity to sign up on the day.
Short Film Pitch

An opportunity for new writers to pitch their short film ideas to the region’s most promising short film producers. Meet and connect with Film Hub North and Film Hub Midlands’ 2024 Creative Producer Lab cohort to share your short film vision.
Writers selected for the pitch can attend our online pitch training session, covering the fundamentals of presenting your work to potential collaborators.

This opportunity is for new writers with short film ideas only.
Writers may also be interested in our BFI Short Film Fund, supporting fiction shorts of up to fifteen minutes.
