Vacancy: Campaign Coordinator

Supporting our UK-wide season of archive film events

We’re looking for a Campaign Coordinator to support Hub-funded screen heritage screenings from October – December 2021.


New Directions is a UK-wide season of archive film events led by Film Hub North on behalf of the BFI Film Audience Network. With the season entering its final months and a packed programme of archive film events scheduled between October – December, we’re now recruiting a freelance Campaign Coordinator to support the success of New Directions and the organisations involved.
The Campaign Coordinator will work closely with organisations funded through New Directions, helping them to increase the impact of their audience-facing projects. They will consult on marketing plans, create digital assets and seek out opportunities for maximising publicity and audiences.
Applicants should have a passion for independent film and experience of supporting cultural projects to reach local audiences. More information on the role is provided in the brief linked below.

Role details


This is a fixed term, freelance contract running from October – December 2021. We envisage the total time allocated to the role to be 25 working days.
This is a remote working post, with the Coordinator supporting organisations across the UK.
The fee is £7,000.
