Join us for an online discussion exploring Relaxed Cinema with Beacon Films, taking place from 14:30 – 15:30 on Wednesday 28 June.
Beacon Films supports the talents of Disabled and Neurodivergent filmmakers and exhibitors. During this event, they’ll explore their recent work helping The Customs House (South Shields) and ARC (Stockton) to introduce relaxed screenings to their programmes.
We’ll be joined by Will Sadler and Midnight Memphis from Beacon Films, Chloe Lawrence from ARC and Leah Strug from The Customs House. Their conversation will cover the successes and challenges of their collaboration so far, and their plans to sustain their relaxed screening programme in the future.
Afterwards, there will be a Q&A session where film organisations from across the North can find out how to develop their relaxed screening offer.
