Our regular short film night arrives in a new city
Starts at

Location
Hull School of Art & Design
We're excited to add yet another stop to our touring short film night: Northern Exposure is coming to Hull for the first time! Our BFI NETWORK team are partnering with Hull Independent Cinema and Humber Film for the debut event, taking place in Hull School of Art & Design's similarly new-fangled auditorium on Wednesday, 13 November.
We're going all in for our Hull opening and will be setting up shop in the city for the whole day. The event kicks-off with focused one-to-one meetings between local filmmakers and Film Hub North Talent Executive Roxy McKenna, then things open up for the Humber Film Forum where Hull's filmmaking community can get together to share ideas and discuss new projects. The main event begins at 7pm and will see Roxy present a hand-picked selection of Northern shorts that have caught her eye recently. Afterwards, there will be a chance to discuss the films on show at an informal networking session lead by our team and Hull Independent Cinema.

Tickets to the short film showcase are £2.75 (inc. booking fee) and both of the networking events are free. For more information on the event and to book your tickets, visit Hull Box Office below.
