Our BFI NETWORK team are at the Bolton Film Festival on 4 October for a series of free events in the festival's industry programme. Filmmakers and festival-goers will have several chances to catch our Talent Executive Alice Ramsey at an In Conversation event, one-to-one meetings and a panel discussion about the past, present and future of female filmmaking.

Alice meets up with Bolton University for a conversation on the BFI's work in supporting film production, distribution and exhibition in the UK.

An opportunity for early career filmmakers to chat with Alice about their upcoming projects and the funding and support available from BFI NETWORK.

A changing tide? Women in film panel discussion


Alice joins a panel alongside Maggie Ellis (FLAMIN), Catherine Bray (Random Acts), Loran Dunn (Delaval Films) and Jenny Monks (Tigerlily Productions) to discuss issues of gender inequality in the film industry.
