Meet the industry experts supporting our writer development programme

Paul Fraser and Rebecca Mark-Lawson join Script Lab 2021 as industry mentors.

Script Lab 2021 gets into full swing next month. We've just announced the 10 Writers selected to take part in Script Lab 2021 - meet them over here - and now all that's left to do is introduce our new industry mentors. We're thrilled to be welcoming Paul Fraser and Rebecca Mark-Lawson to our annual Writers development programme in 2021.

Over the next 5 months, Paul and Rebecca will working with our BFI NETWORK team to support our Writers as they master the mechanics of screenwriting and create a new short film script from scratch.

Paul and Rebecca bring a wealth of talent and script development experience to the Lab, drawn from years of collaboration with the likes of Shane Meadows, Ken Loach and Warp Films. They are perfectly placed to support this year's Writer cohort on their development journey and offer invaluable industry insights along the way.
