This roundtable will be hosted by one of our BFI NETWORK Talent Executives and can accommodate up to 10 filmmakers. It will be an informal, conversational session that will give you the chance to put questions to FHN or the Queen of Glory team.

Nana Mensah is an award-winning Ghanaian-American actor, writer and director. She wrote, directed and stars in the film Queen of Glory, for which she won Best Narrative Director at the 2021 Tribeca Film Festival. She also stars opposite Sandra Oh in The Chair, which is currently streaming on Netflix. Other roles include Netflix’s BONDiNG and NBC’s New Amsterdam.

If you’ve got burning questions or are looking for advice about writing, directing, acting, casting, funding or career development in the industry this is for you.

Places at the roundtable are free and include a free ticket to the screening of Queen of Glory at 6pm at Showroom Cinema followed by a Q&A with the team. Places are first come first served but please only sign up if you intend to come and let us know if you’re no longer able to attend the event.
