BFI NETWORK and Film Hub North have joined forces with Aesthetica Short Film Festival to present the 2022 edition of Script Lab. Now in its fourth year Script Lab aims to help writers and writer/directors develop an early-stage idea for a short film and convert it into a polished script with the support of industry mentors. Projects are developed in a supportive peer to peer environment and writers are matched with producers to help take their projects into production.
Applications are open now and we're hosting an Information Session for creatives to meet our team and learn more about the Lab. This event is a chance to find out what the Lab is all about, if you've got relevant experience and if it's right for you.
The Information Session will take place Wednesday 31 August, 12pm-1pm.

Information Sessions take place via Zoom and are hosted by a BFI NETWORK Talent Executive. The session will last up to an hour and will feature up to 15 creatives based in the North. Please book your spot by 5pm on Monday, 29 August.
