Climate Stories is an online masterclass exploring the environmental ethos of BFI NETWORK funded short film Salt Water Town.

We’ll be in conversation with the film’s award-winning writer-director, Dan Thorburn and will chat about how environmental considerations can play out both in front of and behind the camera. Salt Water Town is available to watch on YouTube now.

Whether you’re thinking about submitting to our DIY Filmmaking Challenge: Environment or you’re just curious about environmentalism in film, this session is an ideal introduction to climate-conscious storytelling.

Join us from 12:00 – 13:00 on Tuesday 19 September.
